Pinnacle People Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Pinnacle) was founded in the year 2009 by Mr. Deepak Patil after witnessing the need for quality People Management advice and solutions in fast growing companies in micro, small and medium segment.

Mr. Deepak Patil has over 30 years of varied experience in change management, organization learning and cross cultural dimensions in India and abroad.   He has worked with many well known companies in India and Abroad   at the leadership positions such as Group GM HR. Sr.GM HR and Head HR.

We understand that 70% of micro, small, and medium enterprises in India are family-owned businesses wherein the owner or one of his family members manages and controls a large part of the day-to-day operations. Mr. Deepak Patil has over 30 years of experience in HR, Personnel, Training and Organizational development. He has worked with companies such as Raymond, Indokem and Goldstar in India and with Texmaco in Indonesia at several leadership positions including Group General Manager HRD, Senior General Manager HR and Head Human Resources.Mr. Patil is passionate about enabling fast growing ‘family-run’ businesses transform to ‘professionally-managed’ ones.He holds a MBA in Marketing and HR.

Mr. Vivek Kaul

Strategic Consultant

Mr. Vivek Kaul is a Strategic Consultant in the area of Human Resource & Leadership Development. He brings with him 20 years of rich experience across industry sectors. Besides his understanding of various human processes and interest in working with people, he brings functional expertise in Organization Development, Assessment Centers, Coaching, Performance Mgmt & Interviewing Skills.
He is a guest faculty at several business schools, including IIM-Indore and SIBM-Pune.

Mr. Kailash Ashar

Mr. Kailash Ashar has 25 years experience in Quality Systems. He is an expert in delivering training to companies in the field of Quality systems & Productivity improvements as well as helping companies prepare for certification such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 & BS EN 16001. Mr. Ashar is a fellow at National Centre for Quality Management.
