Client Profile:
Our client is one of the fast-growing organizations in the tours and travel industry catering to corporate clients’ requirements (MICE) and those travelers who want to visit exotic and handpicked locations individually or in small groups.
The Problem We Identified:
To attract fresh talents at senior and later positions in the organization, the client wanted a conducive people platform that will quickly take care of fresh talent’s current and future work aspirations and settle them into a new work environment.
Challenges We Faced
The major challenges were:
- How to keep the motivational level of existing employees?
- Reporting of existing employees to the new employees.
- How to keep the manpower cost under control?
The major challenges were:
- Having group and individual interactions and explaining to them the benefits of a new HR platform and the need for fresh talents to take care of new business opportunities.
- Bringing clarity on career opportunities of existing employees.
- Phased inductions of new employees and rationalization of current responsibilities.
How We Helped
We addressed the issue by building a people systems platform popularly called the HR platform consisting of HR Systems, procedures, and formats, thereby bringing total clarity from entry to exit of an employee’s journey.
We also created an employee manual or handbook for bringing clarity in day to day working of employees.
We installed a compensation and benefits module for employees with a tax-friendly salary structure.
We introduced the Induction Training and refresher Training Manuals.
